Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1 — Kathmandu → Syabrubesi (1,550 m)

Scenic drive north.

Day 2 — Syabrubesi → Lama Hotel (2,470 m)

Forest trail along the Bhote Koshi.

Day 3 — Lama Hotel → Langtang Village (3,430 m)

Tamang homes rebuilt after 2015.

Day 4 — Langtang → Kyanjin Gompa (3,870 m)

The spiritual heart of the valley.

Day 5 — Acclimatize: Kyanjin Ri (4,773 m) / Tserko Ri (4,984 m)

Panoramic sunrise.

Day 6 — Kyanjin → Lama Hotel → descend

Retrace through forest.

Day 7 — Syabrubesi → Kathmandu
