What this covers

These terms cover your use of this website. They are not your booking contract. When you book a trek with us, the terms of that trip — what is included, deposits, cancellation, insurance requirements and our responsibilities on the mountain — are agreed separately and in writing before you pay anything.

Prices on this site

Prices shown are a starting point, per person, in euro, and depend on the size of your group. They cover the package described on each trek page. They are not a quote and they are not a binding offer — your actual price is confirmed in writing after we have talked about your dates, your group and what you want to do.

We try to keep prices current, but they can change, and an error on a page does not oblige us to honour it.

Itineraries

The day-by-day itineraries on this site describe how a trek normally runs. Mountains do not always cooperate. Weather, trail conditions, flight delays, permit changes, or the health of anyone in the group can all change a route — and your guide will change it if that is the safe decision. Distances, walking times and altitudes are given in good faith as guides, not guarantees.

Safety information

What we publish about altitude, acclimatisation and our monitoring describes our own operating protocol. It is not medical advice and it is not a diagnosis. Talk to a doctor about your own fitness to trek at altitude, and take out travel insurance that covers high-altitude trekking and helicopter evacuation.
